We also install, setup, configure, update, optimize, setup preventive maintenance & test every system completely, that we sell or service. Since it's normally less expensive, to fix it right the first time, than to have another company keep fixing problems, that should have been fixed & prevented the first time. We are an authorized reseller for HP, Compaq, Dell, Acer, Toshiba, Lenovo, Samsung, Intel, Microsoft, Symantec & Corel products. So we get free reseller support from most of them during their standard support hours. And we even get free 24/7 Microsoft Professional Support on most of their business & network products. They normally charge $259 to $515 per problem for it. But you just pay our lower hourly service rate, which is as little as 1/6 of what they charge to diagnose each problem.
