Leeza has worked hard in developing the best Yoga and Health Mind and Body Studio in the Inland Empire. Her Staff are wonderful and so helpful. I always feel better about myself when I go to the Yoga Den. If you want to meet beautiful People, great Instructors in a ambiance that is super nice the Yoga Den is the Place to Go.

I absolutely love this place, the ambiance, the teachers and the overall attitude about the yoga den is exactly what I'm looking for. Very positive and nurturing, nobody pressures you to be anything but what you already are and grow and whatever pace is right for you. I recommend the yoga den for anyone looking to get into yoga or find a place to make your new regular spot.
